Why do people say rejection is protection. It's just not true. Rejection is just rejection. We've all rejected and been rejected. No shame in rejecting or being rejected. All we all have to remember is to be kind when rejecting and be kind to ourselves when rejected.

I do believe it is a form of protection, some things/ people aren’t meant for us and it’s protecting us from unnecessary harm and pain. But yes we DEFINITELY need to be kind to ourselves when we are being rejected ❤️❤️
