fun fact, some worldbox players use vortex's to shuffle a bit of the sand and soil. Which makes it seem like they're naturally generated. I use the vortex method quite consistantly when making a map/world. But like you said, it really depends for what you'd want, or make. But after seeing this, i should definitely lean to these methods you're using. I recently re-visited worldbox after a long while. thank you for the vid aswell! Really neat! Looks good. I wonder is Valoria on a retrograde world, as it seems its western coast is a lot wetter than eastern coast. Usually the western coasts of landmasses are dryer.

I dont know if you will see that, but I would really like to see such timelapses more, I(and maybe other people) like natural expantion of kingdoms more than custom cities. You are making beautiful geography, but made up politics and cities are not so cool, in this map for example, we saw colonial and continential empires as well, which cannot be done with custom cities. Yeah sometimes they have strange borders, yeah it will be ordinary timelapses of worldbox, but your geography will make them unique on youtube! Please try that!
