Thank you for that overview. I thought the same things that you did regarding the 90s theme layout and furniture. Although 4.3 acres is a lot of land but since I would have to do a complete remodeling, I would offer $25 million max especially since the price appears to be at approximately $30 million right now. Would you do a tear down and rebuild or gut the interior to insert more contemporary features?

They say this was his 2nd home. Where is the main home? I heard it was also on PCH nearby. Am I correct? In fact, I think I was driving right past it almost 6 yrs ago as he took his last breath 😢 I’m still sad over that.
