I love this reading as it calls to mind my own pride and how it hurts me and thus, draws me away from God. When he talks about the child it encourages me as I work with "at risk" and "high risk" youth...... Parents, Teachers, Counselors and all Care Providers need to know His love towards children. And some days are harder than others! I will not deny this. But, i continue, through the teachings of Jesus and the Grace of the Holy Spirit, to persevere even during those days that are really hard and challenging! I will fail but i will have another day to get to do God's will and get it right. Please pray for all of us who work with the children and youth in our community

Truly an inspiration. The pureness and truth in the people’s answers. Jesus gave himself to save us, our Saviour and Redeemer.

Thank you Father Rector and Jamie for Episode #3 - I found the reading and reflection a good reminder of todays gospel and homily. I was most impressed with Jamie's response to daily prayer in his life and that of his family. The blessing their children by him and Carol is impressive as I believe it will greatly reinforce in the children their love and affection for the children and that blessings are important.
