Loved this interview with Lee Goldberg. He is so funny and you two are hilarious together. I love him obsessing over that joke he didn’t think landed. I thought it was funny as hell. But I do the same thing. I get a little obsessive over one- liners. And I love the discussion about book length. 65 to 75 thousand words is my sweet spot too.

@@TheThrillerZone I love his method. Writing a book in screenplay form before he writes the novel. I think I may try that technique for my next book.

This is a great vid cast. 7 seasons terrific! Congrats to Lee on his books getting picked up. Speaking of prose though, Justin Cronin’s book series The Passage is heavy with prose but very good, sarcastic wit and humor too. I recommend it.

Halfway through city of ruins and it’s great. Not quite as good as the force and cartel series(10 out of 10s) but a very entertaining read. I hope he changes his mind
