I love the Remembering Schorchy segments as they take me back to Delmarva in the 70s and 80s when i grew up there!❤

It’s crazy to think I grew up there worked on boats until I was 21 and then I moved to West Virginia where I can be free. The town is full of drugs and theft. It’s disgusting. They have the highest overdose probably only if you go to the park you’ll see hypodermic needles and Suboxone wrappers everywhere. So disgusting little town with a bunch of dirty little secrets. The police are about as corrupt as they can get Dempsey! They only cater to the tourist that come in with their multi million dollar sailboats in the locals like my mom and brother who live there can barely make eight dollars an hour when a gallon of milk is seven dollars because there’s only one grocery store that is privately ownedbig city prices in a small town

If we don’t take care of your Volunteer Fire Company’s we won’t have any one Volunteering. That’s Volunteering. No pay check for them. Need to back them. I’m in Wv ,6 hours away from OC. We have gun bashes to raise money. My Boss has a large trucking business. We donate our fuel for our local Fire Department and Ambulances plus.

Growing up in Sussex County Delaware i used to love watching Scorchy Tawes segments on WBOC. Seeing i am now living in Colorado these Outdoors Delmarva episodes bring me back home.😊

Just love me some Crisfield crabs.Jimmy from Wenona ,Westover ,Marion ,Pittsville, Princess Anne,Perryhawkin. Annapolis,We get our crabs and oysters from Kent Island Seafood in Glenn Burnie md.They have the best Quality of crabs and oysters you can get ,The folks are the Best and you get your moneys worth everytime.They won’t sell any bad crabs or rip you off ever.
