The single slope roofs & high windows, in my opinion. Classic Mid-Century has lower rooflines and more compact space, adding the Modern element to it opens everything up and adds a touch of minimalism. How would you classify the architecture and design for this home?

We tell our clients to budget $200+ per SF for construction. The plan is available on our Etsy shop for $150 currently while the shop is new.
