Man if this how you would be doing Survival living, you'd be starving to death. Survival on the Wolds ain't as hard as you make it look.

24:06 In the JOBS TAB, look at #1 & #3. You should set PATIENT & CONVALESCE to 1 so Wounded Settlers automatically Recover before working. 👍👍🤴 35:30 I'm surprised you did not set the Quality Priority for items in the Chests. :O

I didn't set the priority because if I do then stuff just lays around on the ground until someone picks it up for recycling. If it's in a chest I can sell it next time a merchant shows up.

Smart move, I guess. But you could make a Stockpile that holds every Armor Weapon and Clothing. Then the Settlers will rumage the good stuff you want and put it on the Armor racks, Weapon racks and chests.@@Steampoweredgeekery

Gotta put a door on the cooler. Preferably one level higher, but temps really lower then, and flooring helps slow decay.

Pen Food Management; Did y'all know that if you place at least 2 (No Harvest) Garden Spots of Carrots, or Barley in the pen, the Herd will always have something to eat, while you Harvest Hay, and/or Make Animal Feed? 👍👍🤴

Thanks for the tip, I'm planning on expanding my barn soon so I'll see about working this idea in. And thank you for the additional commentary it is appreciated.

No worries me Laird. @@Steampoweredgeekery Oh the safest Barns have walls too. The fenced area can lead into it, and putting torches around the fence every 5 Tiles keeps varmints away. 👍👍🤴

You do a grande, Great designing of the Larder-Food Cellar. Very Wise and full of Common Sense gamer too. 👍👍🤴👑 Tips for Newbs building Large (10 Tile Wide) Underground Mining: SP Geekery has great examples of the following... 1. Start by Digging out a the Room or Cellar's Perimeter plus 1 tile inward, and every 3rd or 4th tile Dig one Wall to Wall Tile Section, then place a Beam to keep ceiling cave in!! A 12 Tile wide separation for Width, shrinks to 10 Tile Wide when you Place Clay Walls on perimeter if you make a cellar, to lower temperature. After walls and Beams are up, you can dig the rest without cave ins. (1a) To save space in the cellar. Place Preservation Shelves along the walls or where your Aesthetic sense likes. Set for Foods, Garden Seeds, Medicine. (I make at least 4 set to Raw Foods near the door for ease of the cook accessing.) 2. Underground Great Room... Start at 12Wx6L or larger length, tiles unless you want a larger Buff Room. (Great Rooms increase Emotions of Settlers 🤗🤓 ). You only need 1 Beam for this size room. Wall the Perimeters with Limestone, or Limestone Block walls for best Emotion Buff. (2a) You'll need 4 Wall hangings... Banner, Bookshelf, Weapon rack, Trophy Head all work. (2b) Place a Table with chairs, and a Shelf for Meals set to Very High Priority. (2c) Place a Limestone Fireplace, or Brazier in opposite corners. for heating. Set Temp to Medium and priority anywhere higher than Low.
