Saw these cats in Hattiesburg Mississippi on August 2nd 2024, they put on a fine show!

Love this song; in fact, I've got the lyrics printed out and signed by the big 5 from a concert meet and greet a few years ago in Antwerp, Belgium. Love the background. Looking at Brit's signature as I type... RIP Brit Turner 3 March 2024. Merci woodroce. You've shared a number of top notch clips. Much appreciated. Great sound. From France

This song really tells a story. Charlie know how to put it to music and make it like poetry. Beautiful background, from Brit's hand I believe. Thanks for sharing woodroce and have I said I love your cat profile photo! Rock on and merci from France!

Nice to hear this song; BBS don't do it too often in their concerts. Thanks woodroce for sharing! Merci.

Here we go with the monumental Sleeping Dogs. Got a signed copy of the lyrics on my desk. Never ever get tired of listening to this song. Epic. Merci woodroce, thank you so much for posting. My Tina says Meow! and Rock on and rock 'n roll girls and boys! Great opening... hot damn they are on fire (as always!) Interesting: this crowd is listening; some shows the fans just go crazy and sing as loud as Charlie (especially in South America!). Also it looks like it's seating and not the "pit"/ "swimming pool"/ standing area... so folks are a bit more subdued. Love that red/black guitar. The interlude is almost always different each show... so good. So Good. Merci encore woodroce!

Thank you for this woodroce! (Thoughts for Steve cat). This is such a bittersweet song... Charlie has said it was written before Brit passed, but the first time I heard it at the release of the new album I wrote to another BBS fan that it was about and for Brit. Tears. RIP Brit Turner 3 March 2024. And for all of our cats/dogs/pets that have passed to the other side of the rainbow. Merci woodroce!

Charlie is on fire in this clip.... as always! 1000%! So love the background -- designed by Brit Turner I do believe. Thank you so much woodroce with a cat avatar; my Tina (for Turner) says meow and merci from France. Beautiful song.

Sorry Steve passed. I lost Starlette at 19.5 years old and cried for a week. Tina is my new adoption and was already 2 when I got her. Moving on, as are BBS without Brit. Rock on Smoke fan! Rock on from France. Thanks for having replied, too.

@@woodroce Thought I just posted a reply and it's not showing up... hmmm. Yes, BBS in Paris 2018, Portland, Or, Antwerp, Paris, Tacoma in 2013. Coming up Brussels, Paris and Milan and back to Portland to see my brother. Oh yes kitties and I've lost a few. Tina (after Turner) is my new girl. Lost Startlette at 19, Kiki too early at 8, Tiger about 16, and Whisky 12 or so. Love 'em all.

This show and one before it touched off a storm of debate in the BBS FB group about standing / sitting.Apparently the venue/ushers in some of the small venues with seats up front, for VIP or whatever , discourage or dont allow standing up. What a shame. I could never sit on my ass through Restless! Props to that one chick and her man that stood up.

Les ví el año pasado, en Madrid, por primera vez. Este año, no vienen a España....pero me voy a Milán a verlos. I love them. Son cojonudos. From the Basque Country.

I'll be in Milano, too. VIP ticket. Would be a pleasure to say "hola" to you. Me llamo Linda, 74 anos, pelo "blanco", T-shirt = Blackberry Smoke. I'll try to be up front in the pit. Habla espanol tambien, un poco d'italien et francais. 2 Oct. 2024!!!! Hasta luego. Rock 'n roll Blackberry Smoke. So Milano will be your 2nd concert. They are so so good! And it's the last show of the European Tour. We are in for one hell of a concert!

It was sold out. There must have been people that didn't show. Even Charlie commented about the empty seats.

I've got a signed print out of the lyrics to Sleeping Dogs on my desk. The big 5 signed it. Look at it every day. RIP Brit Turner 3 March 2024. Merci woodroce and love your cat avatar! From France.

It wasn't written until after the ride. I wrote it the day after I got home from DC, after some inspiration while face-booking. I wanted to do something to start the ball rolling for next year. I hope to get some of my musician friends around to help me make a more professional version before spring so it can be used to increase our numbers for 9/11/15. Eternal vigilance!
