It's like they switched to 6/8 time for two measures

Dude, I'm surprised no one commented yet. This is good shit, blows the official mix straight out of the water. Very pleasant to listen to, I hope you're still doing arrangements like this because you're very talented.

oh my god thanks for pointing this out a;lksdjf I'm currently working on an arrangement of ska-blam to be played in a concert so randomly coming across this before I got to that part of the piece is super helpful LOL

Who remember that megaman game for the snes where when you defeat dr wily k. Rool crushed him and reveals himself as the master mind?😊

These are actually quarter note triplets! Just dividing two beats by three, same as you'd do with a single beat for normal triplets. A quarter note triplet is actually the duration of two normal triplets. Same can be done with full measures (half note triplets). Its a very cool rhythm technique but as you mentioned its harder to tell in FL

This is my personal favorite 8-bit rendition of Marx's theme. But also, really good job on Heart of Nova, it must have takes ages to get the SE's right. Sounds great :)

This really makes the Sinnoh Elite Four feel even more fearsome and formidable than they already. I was waiting for someone to give them a more unique theme. Can we please get the song on its own without the victory theme and all that?

I wonder if someone could port Undertale in Sega CD. The reason I Sega CD instead of genesis because the Sega CD is a bit easier to play burned CD games

The first time I encountered this was my marching show in my freshman year of high school. We were in 12/8 counting in 4, and we suddenly hit a bar where the rhythm was 6 quarter notes. This normally wouldn’t be hard, but we were counting in dotted quarters. I couldn’t figure it out by myself at the time and had to listen to the bar before I knew what to do
@ThighFish5 ай бұрын
12/8 is essentially just 4/4 but with the ability to write triplets without special notation, so undotted notes correspond to triplets in simple time.

I'm crying. This remix theme is so beautiful. I can feel it goes beyond than 8-bit, but under 16-bit. Good job, Pal. I can sense passion, strenght, determination and strong will. Perfectly fitting Ogerpon feelings.

As somebody who is in a band, this is pretty impressive with how you did all the math. I didn’t really notice it much at first, but the explanation provided made so much sense to me.
