In Old Tribal girls hostel it is allowed. But in Fatima jinnah it wasnt allowed some years ago, i am not sure about now.

Umm if you're going to be a hostelite, jst make sure you are disciplined. Because there's not enough strictness to make you study. Sab kuch aapny khud krna hai. Monthly tests hoty hn but still students bunk that. But you can manage k aap chuttiyon mai academy lga den because no guarantee on merely college ki studies. Achi hain but if you're going for pre med to you have to put an extra effort all by yourself. And if you'll be a dayscholar toh keep going to academy sath sath because thats what everyone does and it works. Staff is educated and fine but idk they dont put as much efforts in outcomes.

Yes, in old tribal hostel phones are allowed. In fatima jinnah hostel, pehly nhi thy abhi im not sure
