Unfortunately, your experience is not common. This happened to me after 18 months, they charged me to ship back, fixed it, and sent it back to me dirty. It broke again a year later when it was out of warranty and they just sorry about your luck.

I bricked my C49J890DKU monitor after upgrading from 1008 to 1011 (m-J8949CGAA-1011.0[4D8E].Bin) - everything went fine from 100% and the monitor rebooted but then never turned on ever after and there was never an image on it again .... now i'm waiting for samsung support to arrive at my house (paid) during the week not so happy !

Something this expensive should not break so easily. Mine broke after 6 months, sent replacement. It lasted 6 months. They would NOT REPLACE. Not durable machine. Company not awesome.

Why would you need two cables going to each machine for monitors? i understand the key/mouse usb and the output usb, but 2 hdmi going to each machine? Can't extend screen accommodate both monitors?

I previously had a Weber I-grill thermometer, which I loved. It gently bumped the ground and quit working altogether. So I bought this thinking it would be better. I’m so disappointed with the Connect system. It tries to make grilling way more complicated than it has to be. All I want was to give me an idea of how well done the food is and you can’t tell that without a complex series of steps. Stay with the I-grill thermometer & you’ll be much happier!

As other uses have mentioned, they have removed that option. I literally uninstalled snipping tool from my system and the PrtScr button still opens it.. don't ask me how. Microsoft is evil.
