Thanks. Just trying one (flex) for the first time. I’ll probably need the next size up for days 1-2 when I’m heavy but the saalt one I ordered has two sizes so I’m gonna see once it shows up. I am with you on the tmi realization…once I passed the stool it all of the sudden fit better and more comfortably. 😮🤭 I’m hoping this works out and helps me avoid infections that seem to correlate with my periods and we (me and my dr) think could be related to using tampons and pads and messing with the pH, hormones, and overall health of my lady parts/organs. I’m really really hoping this is the answer cuz I’m tired of being on antibiotics every month. 🤪😖 thanks for sharing your experience. Have you tried the disc yet? That’s next for me.

Congratulations mama! Thanks for sharing! Here’s some helpful ini i learned in my hypno babies course. Dilation is not an actual reason to start of delay the pushing stage. This is why women birth babies at 7/8 no tears and why women can push at 10 for hours. My cousin was told she was at a 6 shortly before she pushed out her 3rd and only had minimal tearing

Did u find it difficult to check on the newborn in the bassinet since it has to go on the bottom? That’s the only thing I’m ify about. My oldest will likely be too big for the rumble seat so in any scenario the newborn will have to be on the bottom in the bassinet or the car seat.

🎉super cool, and happy for you that YOU enjoyed! I especially appreciated the enlightening that you can say “no I don’t want you to check me yet” or “no, not ready to monitor baby yet” but especially bc you were confident in listening to your body. I hope I have that calm confidence!! Question about intermittent baby monitoring. Do you feel like you would do without the intermittent monitoring in the future? I have heard that you can ask not to monitor at all, and that it’s not terrible to do so bc it encourages them to intervene more….
@liznelson8011
@liznelson8011 Жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! It was such an empowering experience.🥹 I would have preferred not to be monitored at all (or even just a handheld Doppler here and there. but I had to be on the straps for 20 minutes at a time) but the hospital I went to required you to have it. (Honestly I'm sure if I had a nurse that was more easy going I could have gotten away with it, I've had friends who have had that experience. I just didn't get that lucky) You can always call the L&D unit or birthing center to see what their protocols are. You can 1000% have the same confidence with your own birth. Go watch Bridget on KZbin. She helped me so much with that! Her pregnancy/labor mantras were very helpful 🙌🏼 and her free meditations for pregnancy and labor

Thanks for the great review! We just got our bundle and are expecting our first born in the next couple of weeks! As a first time mom (eventually hoping to grow), what do you recommend as far as which components going where? For example, what do you leave in your trunk? I’m tempted to have the stroller and the bassinet in there and then leave the car seat in the car so I can for the first few months, thereafter the rumble in the trunk…but not sure. What have you found to be most efficient and helpful?
@liznelson8011
@liznelson8011 Жыл бұрын
I'm so glad this was a helpful video for you! Honestly we have all the attachments mounted on the wall in our garage (bassinet, rumble seat, toddler seat) and the stroller base is always in the trunk so whatever I'm using that day I just grab all the attachments and throw them in the car. I'm constantly using the bassinet for my baby currently. If I know we will be going somewhere for a LONG time with the stroller, she sleeps so much better in the bassinet. Short trips I don't bother with the bassinet. (Definitely not when we are running errands and getting in and out of the car all day) I would say definitely have the stroller and car seat in the car 24/7 and then have the bassinet somewhere handy to throw in the car for those trips where you will be out for a long time at one place. Hope this helps!!

Do you have to buy the car seat adapters in order to use the Mesa car seat on the stroller? I saw two clips in your video, one with the adapters and the other without. Thanks!
@liznelson8011
@liznelson8011 Жыл бұрын
If you want the Mesa Car seat on the top without anything on the bottom then no. But if you're using it as a double then yes you will need an adapter to make it taller to add a child in the bottom. I hope that made sense. Thanks for watching! ❤️
