What is the secrecy for in Kriya Yoga? Kriya simply means action as anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of Sanskrit knows so Karma Yoga which is the main way for mind purification in Vedanta must be similar however even if it wasn’t it truly doesn’t matter as sravana, manana, and nididyasana are the means of Self knowledge anyway!
