plusieurs erreurs: on ne huile pas la poêle, le gras qui va sortir du lard(guanciale) suffira et va donner son gout. on n'utilise que le jaune, sinon c'est une omelette. Au dressage, on mélange les jaunes d'oeuf avec les fromages( parmesan et pecorino) au bain marie que ça soit crémeux, on le rajoute dans les pâtes égouttées et ensuite on met les morceaux de lard (le Guanciale)

Госсподи! Щоб додивитися ваше відео до кінця, треба мати залізні нерви. Навіщо показувати весь "процес"? З цією стравою можна вкластися в двохвилинне "кіно".
