All my Children did it before with Brooke and Jim the original Jim and the recast Jim and the middle of a scene when Brooke was talking to Jim they had her face for a minute once they show Jim again it was a different Jim in the middle of the scene.

sad thing now is most people under 40 never saw Jan on SNL , she was truly amazing there, it took her 2 auditions to get hired, Jim Carrey was at her second audition, and SNL rejected him

I had just graduated from college and was in my first apartment with a black & white Motorola that had been my grandmother's when this was on. I loved this show and Tammy Jean. I would never have imagined I could watch this again 40 years later.

Predecessor of the SNL sketch "Brenda the Waitress" aka "Sexual Tension Diner" (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aomWg5yinqumftk). Bonnie Turner (the older waitress in this sketch) and Terry Turner (the guitar player in this sketch) wrote both sketches.

The animals held by Andy all appear to be in special harnesses, by which he holds them. The scenes are spliced together. They probably had SPCA or other supervision on handling, even back then. 🐸

Days of our Lives did it when they had a shower scene and the one that played Jack was switched to someone else playing Jack.

This is funny stuff made on a shoestring budget. Jan Hooks died from smoking too many cigarettes from North Carolina. Too young. When I see Hooks at 3:13...LMFAO!!!

Jan had breast cancer, leukemia, then throat cancer, she was a chain smoker and drank heavily later in life, she died at 57, too young, and she is so missed, she is buried beside her mom in Cedartown, GA

I loved TUSH and have fond memories of these episodes, especially the Tammy Jean Show. I'd love to see the "group therapy" skit again - still one of the funniest things I've seen in decades.

I used to love this show, but, to quote that other Paul, "when I was a child, I thought as a child". Although animal testing of medicine is essential and morally justified, it's still not a pretty business, and this episode is not about the benefit of vaccines, but the details of harming wildlife. Yes, this was a pretty crazy show. I imagine Froggy the Gremlin was the role model for Ché Guevara and Abbie Hoffman.

This is going to offend people who liked this weird ass show, but I feel bad for the animals used on this show. I'm not some weird peta extremist, but these animals don't look happy or treated well here. Something disturbing about this show. Disturbing and sinister. It's creepy.
