This isn’t a good video at all. It doesn’t teach us how to trim, what tools would be recommended? We can’t even see what is actually being trimmed! Why are you making a video about trimming the plant when we can’t even see you trimming it?! 👎🏽

How stupid. Your not showing us the exact area that we can cut

Hi love the video! What do I do if the water does pool on top of the soil? Should I get different soil?
@tracymorales9147Ай бұрын
GARCIAS, can you put natural 🥥 coconut on your leaves after cleaning them with water?????
@christinedelgado86432 ай бұрын
An almost 10min long video and not a single second was dedicated to showing us where to cut? 🙃
@evelynmiller805128 күн бұрын
Thats why I stopped watching after the first cut.

The monstera at the beginning of the video... how many monsteras exactly are in that pot? Plz answer and thank you in advance. It looks great 😊
@Tess19842 ай бұрын
My split leaf Monstera came as a gift . It is 4' tall. And 4' wide . It does appear that it has 5 separate plants in the planter. It has not been crowded at all. Healthy and growing great....😊

Is callousing unnecessary? Is direct planting in soil better than placing in water until roots grow before planting in soil? I just planted them directly in soil but I see more ppl putting them in water.

I don’t understand. You say not to use damaged leafs but then you cut yours in half. Wouldn’t that be considered damaged now?

What is the point of creating a VIDEO that doesn't actually SHOW anything at all that you're talking about?? Would be great if you created a video with this information but.... you know... actually shows what you're doing.

Thank you for sharing! One question: Would pruning at the same time as repotting be too much for the plant to handle? I fear putting the plant into shock.

very nice. thank you!

But……she doesn’t really show how and where to actually do the pruning….like I need and up close shot to know exactly where and how to cut on the stem/plant 😣

Whyyyyy are you removing leaves that we can’t see 🤦🏾♀️ Please, in your next video use a plant that you can actually demonstrate what you’re teaching 🤦🏾♀️

Just a thought, have a plant that could actually be chopped as you explained the reasons. Even if you could find a plant on clearance to be the sacrificial lamb. Then discuss after care.

I came to say this same thing.

Saw this on the "epic gardening" website although the paragraph above it stated: "If you’d prefer not to sit and read the entire article below, we’ve created a very helpful video walkthrough that you can watch below. If you prefer to read, keep on going to explore the 6 simple steps for propagating your pothos plant!" So I figured it's best to give credit where credit's due and subscribe here.

Thanks so much for this video - I had a question though, it’s early spring in Australia and my friend gave me his Monstera which is extremely leggy (was in low light for ages). What would happen if I cut off every leaf?
@excel046 ай бұрын
Plants need leaves for photosynthesis. Trim back to nodes if you have to.
