Awesome video! Really appreciate the graphs and measurements. Your presentation is super calm, friendly, easy to follow and the video is not exhaustingly long, which I appreciate :) Video creators nowadays are trending towards longer and longer content which isn't always necessary imho. If I can add a personal story, this really works. One of my closest friends had gestational diabetes during her pregnancy which increases risk of pre-eclampsia and other dangerous health complications for both mom and baby. So in short, very serious situation that needed prompt attention. AFAIK, she used mostly these methods to very successfully control her blood sugar, avoid pre-eclampsia and had a very healthy and normal-sized baby (GD can cause a sort of 'overgrowth' due to the changes in mom's blood sugar and baby's nutrient supply - apologies if my explanation is wonky or incorrect, it's been a while since we've talked about this). These tactics helped her keep her blood sugar very stable and under control, and interestingly enough she actually lost quite a bit of weight early in her pregnancy due to these dietary and habitual changes. So if a pregnant lady got real help for her very serious medical condition from these 'hacks', you can be very sure that it's both safe, effective and doable!

I will give this a try starting tomorrow 6.9.2024 with my own modifications that resemble the lite version. I just hope I can push through with all the hard stuff in my life because it feels like there will always be shitty things going on so why shouldn't I just do it.

Can someone pls creat a morning routine for the commuting/traveling for work people? 😭 All these videos make me ralise how some really talented and LUCKY people create these amazing life hacks not knowing/caring for those poor souls (like me) who have to travel a lot for work. For example I have 3 office days and 2 home office days a week. On office days I get up around 5-5.20 am and leave the house around 6-6.20 am to start work at 8 am. There is no way to complete this morning routine, especially in the Winter when the Sun rises later. 😣

as someone who has had Type 1 Diabetes since they were 6, this video makes me so happy 😭 from different ways to manage blood sugar spikes, to showing how little adjustments can make big differences, to using a libre as proof - this video was so well done!

Heres an alternate: 65 jumping jacks 35 burpees 10 pushups 25 jump squats (Half of any song) Jump squats 25 ab crunches You can lessen the amount if you want! Cheat codes:°do slower versions of the exercise youre doing °lessen the amount youre doing °or just don't exercise at all👀

I remember going to a restaurant and we ate a whole meal then my parents asked if I wanted dessert and I was like NO I’m not craving any sugar so yes always start with a good meal cuz you most likely not crave any dessert 👍

I tried the Le Sserafrim workout before school started i barely did even 5 burpees but the next day my waist was already smaller and after skipping a day and doing it the next i managed to lose 4kg.. somehow ill prob try to do it again if i have time👍

Usually with fat loss, it goes in ways that your body wants to. So majority of the time, a specfic body part like your arms, thighs, Etc, can look like it has way less face than another part of your body like your stomach, face, etc. This is different for every one but inevitably you will lose weight/fat in that one stubborn body part!!!
