A thick cardboard will work. Or you can use a 3mm thick plywood plank. Here in Argentina there's a cheap wood that has a white side, which makes it perfect for puzzling.

Beautiful! Can acrylic paint be used?

If you use acrylic paint you will lose that glass translucent effect, but you can definitely do it.

I just bought this exact puzzle at a peddlers mall. Couldn't help myself...im so excited to wotk this out. Eventually getting it framed and putting it on my wall. 🎉😂❤

Thanks for sharing. I love this puzzle. Working on the 5,000 piece one like this now, Bizarre Town. Plan on getting this one soon. Loved the robot thing that came across and had paper that said I Love Puzzles. What type of robot was it? Would love to get one.

For those saying where’s the tricks, The tricks are colour sorting and building frames of objects in the picture. 5k piece used the same cutter on each quadrant, kudos on powering through pieces that fit the same but don’t fit as that’s a brain burner lol

"...pieces that fit, but don't fit". I know exactly what you are talking about, and that is my puzzle pet peeve! Are you saying that the 9k puzzle that she is doing has those types of pieces, or are you talking about a different puzzle? Thanks for any info because I refuse to buy puzzle brands that have those types of pieces (lazy puzzle making, in my opinion). Thanks!

@@kahunamatata4997 as I remember from video I think that puzzle had same problem. Common because it’s like they use 4 1250 piece cutters stuck together on mine not sure about uploaders.

@@loatherd Putting together a 9000 piece puzzle is challenging enough, without the added hassle of having pieces that fit perfectly into a thousand wrong places. But I sincerely appreciate your response. thank you

@@kahunamatata4997 well with the henr hondio world map that I had the sides were the only issue. Would need to do this puzzle to know specifically. Hope you find a good puzzle to take on as a challenge.

Hi from Greece. Thank you for the music. I was afraid that you lost the last yellow piece but luckily you found it. So how was the quality on this 6000 by bluebird? I've only done one 1000 piece by Egon Sciele from Bluebird (Seated Woman with Bent Knees) and loved the quality.

Hahaha it's funny that you noticed the last yellow piece. My cat had taken it to the balcony the night before. That little devil. I really liked the quality of bluebird. Pieces are a little bit smaller than Ravensburger or Educa. They're more like the big ones by Castorland (but I assume is due to being a 6000 pcs puzzle). I recommend this brand :)
