Hoje foi um dos piores dias da minha vida , minha família nem meu amigos sabem que eu tenho depressão, hoje eu estava tomando banho chorando (obviamente) Quando eu resolvi me enforcar com minha toalha, enrolei ela em meu pescoço e puxei o mais forte que eu conseguia, parei de respirar e comecei a chorar ,depois de 30 segundos eu comecei a cair de tão fraco que eu estava por conta de eu n estar respirando, minha visão foi diminuindo na hora que eu cai eu sabia que eu ia morrer sem minha mãe e meu pai saber que eu amava eles , enquanto eu caia cada momento feliz de minha vida foi aparecendo em minha mente quando eu finalmente cai a toalha se desprendeu de meu pescoço deixando a marca desse sofrimento que eu passei
