I have to say that if this is her short program I am really excited for what she has in store this upcoming season! It's sassy, fast, fun, and the music has a slightly more updated feel to the standard jazz mode. Not to mention her spins look amazing and so much faster than last season. Honestly I think the choreography is really solid, and with some smart tweaking here and there I won't be surprised if the judges really DO like it.

When I read that she left Frank Carrol I thought she was going to loose something, technically (just like Flatt), but I can see big improvements, here: the lutz is so solid, and the edge is better than last year, she won't probably receive the "e", and her spins are better, especially the layback, which has always been so beautiful but now it's just perfect!! But, even if I like this program, I think the PCS will be so low, judges don't like this kind of choreography...

Ugh, why is Mirai still doing silly programs like this? She could have skated this program when she was 13. She isn't challenging herself and it just really sucks because she's such a rare talent.

Very nice. I do think that the "dance moves" are a little dated. I would like to see a more modern, current take on the music from this era.. Overall though, if she DANCES the program, it will be good
