I remember you complaining about having to eat *so much* yellow squash when you were a teenager. 🤣 I also purposely cook my chicken breast side down because the breasts dry out and if its upside down the fat will drip down into it and keep it moist. I also like that dress - love the asymmetric buttons!

Magnolia Table volume 1 has a great all butter pie crust recipe with lots of instructions. It’s super easy and hasn’t failed me yet. The crust will be flaky once baked but tastes soo good! And with this recipe you might want to let your dough stick out past the edge of the pie pan a little bit to compensate for shrinkage although I’ve never used pie weights like it says so maybe that’s the reason it shrinks a little bit. I’ve also frozen these pie crusts in the pan for use at a later date and they’ve always worked out great.
