A strong black woman and a strong black man working together. Don't see that to much on tv anymore. Great role. The 80s and 90s had so many positive black shows and roles with black families together. It was great. Those days are gone😥

oh. but we can definitely keep our families together with prayer. God can and WILL restore.

But why have those days gone as you say ? growing up in the 80s and 90s I never thought for one minute that that was a black show or not and just a series I followed but then I'm a 1960s baby and remember Ms Carroll in her series Julia.

Dominique character She showed that Black lives matter in Dynasty. Not just now and then but all the time. When I was a kid and saw Dominique in Dynasty and character mistakenly as the angry black woman. But after watching the Dynasty reruns on Utube . I see her character in different light but more a civil rights activist single handedly fighting for justice against all the odds. And even with her high class and privalidged background.
