Get a couple inches lower… other than that that’s impressive weight.

Yeah but why are the weights different on the pec press in the reflection of the mirror? No bar bend at all?
@errdayvillainКүн бұрын
I'm not lifting weights, but I do have some back and hip problems. I can see that you have a bit of imbalance since your right knee goes in more than left. Afaik they shouldn't cave in when lifting at all. You might consider research on hip stability while lifting topic. Wishing you the best results though and no injuries!

Very impressive and well done, but please be careful with your knees, the way they slightly bend inwards might injure you if you attempt heavier weight. Overall, pretty sick, keep up!💪🏻

It's totally normal and fine for slight bending inwards from the knees, search it up

General rule of thumb is about 0.7-0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day, for you it would be right about 90 grams of protein per day, that’ll be good for you for now and in terms of training find what muscle group you want to get better faster and it work it more than you do other things, making sure you incorporate resting into your weeks (abt 2-3 days of complete rest should be perfect, no working out) and also get a training partner who really wants to workout and get better it helps so so much you wouldn’t even believe it

Boxer and bodybuilder here and just some pointer on your boxing, so first chin down, always keep your guard up (jab hand - under the eye, dominant/cross hand - near jaw), when you throw your jab step forward, when you throw your cross your foot and hip should be rotating to generate power and speed, sit down more on those hooks and ensure that your wrist are straight to proceed the most power and protect your wrist), as your a beginner focus on your jab and cross before putting together more advanced combos and incorporating head movement, shadow boxing is the best way to start boxing, then proceed to the heavy bag work, as your throw punching in your head repeat 1 when you jab, 2 when you cross to build speed and rhythm. Nonetheless, you did great and kudo to you stepping out of your comfort zone and posting your first boxing session.
