Mine comes with a long strap that clips on so you can carry over your shoulder and its adjustable in length

@@MamaBanana yes it is comfortable and good quality. but the bag is quite big and bulky. You wouldn't use it as a handbag or carry it around alot if its heavy. I use a smaller one for day to day and this one if I go on bigger day trips or a holiday. Or when I went in to hospital to have my baby as it fits alot of stuff.
