@rachellevyhomes3036 If you take a look at Arizona, they have licensed inspectors. Builders are trying to act like their new communities will only have maybe 3 or 4 homes with issues. They act like like they don't recieve tons of complaints. So when a licensed inspector decides to educate home buyers by posting his findings, those videos go viral. Now what tool will builders that want to cut corners use? They send complaints and lobby to the board governing those licenses. Dishonest builders and inspectors will keep finding ways to profit off of their unsuspecting customers. Licensing won't slow them it might even give them tools to silence people like CyFy on KZbin! He shows a home that was already inspected several times by other licensed people and just because he's on this platform that's a reason to try and suspend his license? Careful what you wish for people

hi mam ,I am one of your subscribers and regularly watch your videos. I recently came across your KZbin channel. and I was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after conducting a comprehensive analysis, I noticed there is Room for improvement for your KZbin channel to get more visitors, likes, comments and subscribers. According to KZbin's update algorithm, a little update to your content and using some effective keywords and tags can improve your videos and channel prospects. I know that creating a KZbin channel, editing and uploading videos, and maintaining the whole thing takes a lot of time, patience, passion, and effort. Still, when some small things do not get results due to not being implemented properly, it feels really bad. But according to KZbin's update algorithm, if you use title, description, tags and keywords, KZbin will accept your video well and your channel will improve. i am MD Mahi .Recently I have helped some youtubers to grow their channel and get more views and subscribers .Are you thinking about growing your channel.Lets invest 15 minutes on a zoom meeting,so I can help you for that.

I am a home inspector in California. California has no requirements for a home inspector and one can be a dishwasher this morning and a home inspector this afternoon. California has had several proposals before the state legislature to license and regulate home inspectors. However, most home inspectors object to such licensing and regulation because they would then be held accountable. Every home inspection regulatory act that has been brought before the state of California included licensing under the Contractor's State Licensing Board, or CSLB, with the B1 license being exempt from the home inspector licensing requirement. The reason is because B1 contractors have a higher degree of license than what would be a home inspection license under the CSLB. I am a licensed california B1 general contractor. I have personally built twenty houses on my own dime. I have worked for companies, including a top 5 publicly held home builder as well as three additional significant construction/development companies. I have been involved in construction projects including a 300 unit apartment project, several condominium projects, single family detached home projects, 20,000 to 40,000 square foot structural steel medical office buildings, and other miscellaneous construction contracts. Under any proposal previously brought before the California legislature, I already qualified as a licensed home inspector. Nevertheless I took an inspection course prior to starting my business and became certified under that particular program. Personally, I feel there should be some previous hands on experience in construction trades as well as a written exam and contiing education in areas that include electrical, plumbing, structural and framing, roofing, HVAC, concrete, insulation and so on. A course alone just doesnt cover it all. I also believe that clients who hire home inspectors want to see a little bit of age, experience and battle scars on a home inspector.

I took over an apartment in Sept 2021.. at $1200/month In 2019 I checked out literaly the EXACT SAME apartment and it was $775. But I had a good friend tell me to move in with him for a couple years to save some money. AND then Covid hit. Which like I said made it $1200. A friend of mine just moved into the same building a month or so ago, and for a similar unit the pice is now $1600.... Until I heard this i was ready to move out of this place. But.......I think I'm reluctantly going to stay put. 😤

Its legal, 24 hours, technically they need a reason but no they don't have to share it with you so... its a wash, you can say no remain present and be as annoying as you like, 24 hours written notice is standard through the regular established channel of communication a response isn't even required. Observing parameters such as time, noise and access to certain areas is all negotiable between both parties.
