if you are asking how to fight the "secret" fighters in arcade mode (gouken, evil ryu, oni), the easiest way is to play on low difficulty and win as many perfect matches as you can, win with at least one ultra combo and basically get your score as high as you can. I'm speaking from memory right now and I don't remember exact details. 😁👍
