I find this display very disingenuous. where were all these people and neighbors when the mother was going off on her tirades the weeks and night before the discovery of the murdered children? Why are the mentally ill still allowed to be reproductive when too many times this butchery of innocent children is the end result? Mentally ill people have no right to bear or care for children when they can't take care of themselves. I wouldn't even allow them a car or dog. Be honest people and still being so PC . Save the would be victims..not every one should have children just because they might be biologically capable to have children.
