I think you need a much lower starting budget to make this better. Start with 150-200k and then people will have to decide between having a full team of okay players or spending a lot on some good players and having the rest of the team as meh. And then if. people do decide to splash the cash on a player, it'll hurt them even more if the other person has written down something like RB/LB
