What is the low dose to start with of levodopa per day in the beggining of pd??

What i find best thing to manage pd is meditation by doing meditation i am jump back from taking cinemate thrice a day to trivestal retard once in a day

Hi Shelly! I'm glad to be back with you. You are very good. Long time ago I've started exercising with you. Then my PD deteriorated and your exercises became too difficult for me. Today after a long time I returned to you and for the first time I did Pilates. Looking forward to the next Pilates session. I live far away from Canada, thus I cannot participate in your real time classes. I'm doing them using KZbin.

Need help finding a “Dopamine Agonist” that doesn’t have the side effects like C/L. What else is out there to stimulate Dopamine - without the mania, constipation and nightmares? Mucuna and B1 ( maybe not taking enough) don’t seem to be doing enough and the C/L causes other awful, debilitating ( nightmares, etc) side effects in my HWP.. But w/o the Dopamine Agonist, they aren’t as active and not wanting to do as much.. Anyone have experience w / Selegiline? Doing Mucuna, L-Dopa, L- Theanine and B1- but not making a dent yet. Am I not giving right iteration or dosage? Thanks in advance🙏🏽
