Aja Arrow I can relate, I’ve moved out of the USA the end of October to Ensenada and this week have had repeated problems with my computer and phone crashing which had started on an infrequent basis before I left. What is so exasperating is that I need to return to the states to empty out my storage unit and even with all these computer and phone issues I am more concerned about since America is looking more and more like a dictatorship every day.

Yes relax! But also remember the relationship. Are you willing to fight for this employee-employer relationship through the tough times? I know your mental well being is of upmost importance! It just reminds me I want to be the type of employer that the employee doesn't even think of seeing themselves or consider being with someone else. Made it as smooth as possible to succeed with me. I hope more black woman are able to create their own jobs and business places.

Why did you leave MX. That makes me nervous. I stay there 3 mos out of the year but living there full time is different. I hope I will be doing the right thing next year.

From my understanding of old videos she outgrew Merida but she loved cdmx. I live in Merida now and there are some perks to being here but I can also agree, its not really for single people and you can feel a bit isolated and down right bored unless you wanna hang out in centro everyday. Here it seems the options are constant parties or family stuff, but not much in the middle. If you come here with family/partner/kids it’s literally heaven on earth in Merida. I don’t plan on leaving Merida but i’m open to the possibility. I’ve been here a year now full time and can see how a person here alone may outgrow it…hope that helps and best of luck!
