Great work on knocking down that big ole honker and the muddy hell hole retrieve! Hopefully you find out if that one is a black duck or not, be cool to know there's some hanging around in WI.

Thanks! There are black ducks around every year and we have shot them in the past...They are kinda rare but seem more common than they used to be

Juvenile drake mallard. Black duck have black or yellow feet and no white wing bar

Looks like an early season drake mallard to me. Black ducks don’t have white on their wings above or below the patch. It’s just ringed in black.

It was a great time! Honestly 6 ducks is about as bad as it could have been but with the amount of ducks we saw it could have been epic! We will continue to try crazy things for the love of the game!

Also not a terrible parent. My daughter is 2 and we're going through potty training so I've always got her little potty with and I always leave the diaper bag behind thinking she won't need to poop, but then she does....

Nice buck. I can't tell the difference most of the time in 3 and 4 year olds. Some areas of our state it's obvious but other areas a big buck can grow to a nice 8 or 10 pointer at age 2! I have one on my cell camera by our pond this year that has shown up only once since I put the camera in first week of August, but it's definitely the nicest one. Hope my landowner or his buddy gets him. I prefer the younger ones, and does even more, for the meat! Good luck this season!

Judging by his body and lack of mass on the rack, I honestly think he is 3. Could be 4 but, I think he could explode in a year or two. Also a wisco bow hunter here! I’ve been waiting for this time of year since it ended last year. Good luck!

We feel like he could be 3 as well...Hard to tell based on what we know so far. He could be a 170"+ next year easily...We do not have much ag fields in my area so deer do not usually get like this at 3...Body size is usually the best judge. Good luck to you this season! Before the season started I hoped I did not get a shot o him for this reason! I am happy to see him but I hope he is around next year!

Hes wider that the ears so I think hes much wider than 16". Very nice buck! Guessing lower to mid 150s gross! Would be a real stud next year! Yes he'd be very tough to pass. What do you think your neighbors would do if he gives them a shot? Im also in Wisconsin. Nice video!!!!

If it is his Daddy's land .... I would understand why he is pissed off. It's kind of like burning flag, you can legally burn an American flag but it's not a good idea. Can you maybe can legally hunt adjacent to somebody's private land as long as you're in the water but is that a good idea? If they are trying to hunt the same land that they paid taxes on? He said they own the land but I didn't hear an acknowledgment of that

This is her second season, she is 2. The "retrieve" you are talking about we were like "fetch it up!" and she was like WHY? its 3 feet away!!! LMAO! She is my friends dog and learning every day, we should see her learn and see her progress throughout the coming year/seasons! Thanks for watching!
