I rarely riichi on a single wait especially if I can ron off the hand without declaring, I always wait till I can get double waits or get my hand more expensive while having the flexibility to play defensive. Not sure if correct though as I see people riichi no matter the situation a lot of the times

I think you're missing a few yakuman hands: the Big Four Winds, All Greens, and Pure Terminals. Big Four Winds: triplets/quads of the 4 wind tiles, must be concealed All Greens: triplets/quads of any of the following tiles: 2 bamboo, 3 bamboo, 4 bamboo, 6 bamboo, 8 bamboo, green dragon. Must be concealed, don't need to have the green dragon to win the hand. Pure Terminals: triplets/quads of ones and nines of all three suits.

this isnt called bad luck, its called bad risk analysis.

Everyone at least had 6 dora and Yakuhai. Talk about unfortunate. Right when that second dora indicator flipped I thought he was gonna get a kan call from someone with the other three, but this was even more unlucky.

It's called a triple ron, and in some rulesets the round is considered a draw if someone gets triple ronned because, obviously, most of the times it would end up making the unlucky sod go bust.

pretty dangerous riichi especially when 9 dot was a double dora (became a triple later on) with zero discarded or in open sets, i would've played it silence with simples and double run with the opportunity to bail if it got sticky. Even if the hand was only worth 2 han, since the game was still relatively early i assume.

Ouch.. this i pretty much a normal game for me though. I play by the rules of Murphy's law.

Riichi (kokushi musou), so not a single terminal discarded and he discards a terminal? His hand was already bad with two random winds and a single dragon after 14 discards, why would he do that?

the quality videos of this game is always garbage for some reason. never 30+ fps...wonder why since the game itself runs smoothly... Also there's a major screw-up in this game: when someone deals a tile that another player can call on then theres a pause in the action and you can tell that someone has the option to call on it by looking at the turn-indicator in the middle... so stupid. (the turn indicator should change to next played and then pause...)

I don't think it can be cancelled, in a lot of cases instead of cancelling they just go to whoever comes first (like in order of next person to draw etc). At least that's how most Chinese variations play.
