I wonder how many animals are so intelligent they destroy their own natural environment, the very things that produce the oxygen that we breathe.

Peter Andrews, Natural sequence farming is the only real way to go to be a custodian and look after your property. Facts!
@igvtec5 күн бұрын
If you have big properties, you should have a 15 metre wide mix native tree buffer around that whole property. As Australia experience a lot of droughts, if you don't when the grass dies off nothing to hold your top soil it will blow away. As most old school paddocks, did not have topsoil anyway due to that reason etc. The trees, will act as a windbreak/buffer.
@igvtec5 күн бұрын
It is a old school, rubbish way of doing things on your land. And it's the only thing, that the old school farmers know which they don't have a clue how to look after their land properly. They are not, custodians of the land they are nothing but landlords. Clearing more land, in a already arid landscape that hardly gets any rain makes a lot of sense.

@natevanlandingham194511 күн бұрын
The "forest products industry" is not about deforestation!!! As foresters one oir trees grow back, but most of the time we replant them so that we have more to cut later😂😂😂.
@natevanlandingham194511 күн бұрын
We also use the roller chopper in site prep to PLANT MORE TREES, it destroys anything that's standing and undesirable and also helps break up roots and set back any growth that has occurred since cutting the trees. Then we replant. Many of the latter tools are used in Foresty mechanical site prep for RE-forestation.

Instead of trying to figure out how to feed a growing population....let's slowly reduce the population but not having so many children....and have nice forest instead.
