Oh. But they will get one if I have to bring it home still not fixed. I will make it in my driveway under my home security system so I can save the video of me taking the video in my car, moving to the mileage, stepping out to get the vin and pointing my phone at the camera above the garage. Nissan. you will get what you ask for.

So Now Nissan Corporate is reporting they want a video of the radio acting up WITH the mileage and Vin # in the video in order to honor the warranty on a car I bought 2 months ago NEW and paaid over $40,0000 for. Even though the Nissan Service Manager at the dealership said the radio acted up while He was driving it that night. No explanation how this Bose radio is able to play and FM Station and a Sirius Station AT THE SAME TIME as documented in another video I made while driving down a Toll Road 7/19/2024. IMO it has becomse clear they don't want to fix it. The car has a lojack on it. I am sure it is traced to the vin #. You can see the mileage the first part of this video 1513 miles. The first time I took it in they put 60 miles on it driving around and could not get it to act up. That's because most of the time it does it when I first start the car as in this one. I was taking to the dealer from home. And sure enough ..No sound. All the way to the dealer. If I have to file the lemon law, I will NOT be buying a Nissan if this is how they honor a warranty. This has been going on for over 2 months with over 20 videos.😡

I got the platinum 2 months ago and a lot of infotainment issues, screen doesn’t turn on at times, reboots for no reason, google services which is included for 5 years stopped working and says no internet connection, sometimes half the speakers (left side) doesn’t work, it makes the experience of the car horrible!

Thank you for the reply. I think Nissan is very well aware of the issues with this radio and refuses to replace it. But,. I know I would hate to be the tech to have to pull that radio out. Hopefully it is just a small mini computer easy to swap. They told me it is a $3500 system . I told em it was a $41,0000 car with a faulty radio.

+Emerson Däviß I had the dash cam plugged into the power outlet in the console box because the outlet on the dash was not working. When I hit the brakes everything in the console slammed forward and hit the plug which cause the loss of power.
