Are you trying to run a relay with the key on switch?

@@rwestDHL nope. Figured it out. Key on power was attached to winch in addition to battery. That was causing the popping. Now everything is working fine without a relay or anything else.

I run from bus bar -> stinger relay (for key on power) then to fuse panel. Accessory's are powered from the Fuse panel with either straight wire to switch or a relay.(I used several relays to power my larger lights to avoid the full power going to the switch.) The hondasxs store sells a kit that makes the switches useable on the deluxe model. The bus bar will always be hot because I came from 2nd battery to bus bar so if I wanted to add a winch I had an easy location to add wires. The positive Bus bar is not a requirement. I did need a negative bar because my fuse panel didn't have negative on it. Also one guy added a nice drawing and a good video on you tube on an older model but most everything is the same other than the factory switches.

Thanks so far I'm still happy with everything. I have the front, side, rear, interior, and the little rock light that I added inside to have some light while riding without the big interior lights on.
