Man I miss 1.0 and specifically 1.23. while there were a lot of flaws, the stuff they got right they got REALLY right. Animations, graphics, physics, scope and size of the world, travel, music. All this added up to a really atmospheric and engaging world. It's a shame about some of the content. If they kept this style of game and added a lot more content, especially horizontally instead of virtually we would have a jeae perfect MMO in my mind. Sadly we got ARR. But at least we still have classic era FFXI servers.

I love the past musics, but i dont know why collision chaos' music in the past sounds like mexican music(still good tho)

I feel like visually 1.0 was better than ARR in a lot of regards, everything had more animation and life put into it. Like look at how the tree's move in the wind, or how the movements of the character and NPC's are so smooth.
