I have pug puppies that I am trying to transition over to food, but I'm struggling. How did you get them to start eating it? I put it on my finger, and they'll lick it a little, but then turn away. They will look at the bowl, some will take a couple of licks, then go away as if they're not interested. They still nurse from mama, but she's obviously trying to wean them as well since now they have their little vampire teeth! How long after nursing from mama should I try again?

So basically I just noticed the teeth on them and took them away from mom also bought some niples for Milk from them and just add milk with the formula they should eat it they’re hungry just keep trying and first make it softer so it can be liquid little my little transition into making it thicker

Hope you can help me out my frenchie im picking up on December 1st he will only be 4 weeks and 3 days. Is it ok if I feed him the same thing you feed them. An do I need a heating blanket or lamp for him

It should be fine it also all depends on how the people that have him/her were weaninng them so ask all the question on what the puppy was eating congrats 🎉

I will NEVER understand why breeders feed Royal Canine.. This is complete TRASH... The nutrient intake is BASURA from being fed Royal Canine... Baby Cereal again is WRONG to feed Canine's. The correct species appropriate diet is a RAW MEAT DIET.

Should be good I see why not just monitor them because sometimes they don’t know how to eat and can get stuck have them drink alittle water at first not a lot

Try it out little by little so you won’t waste alot of it but yeah should be normal for them to get used to it

Did you feed them from mom ?? If so you can’t be putting them to eat both milks it has TL be either moms or the formula

@@newnatural445 if that milkis not doing good for them try changing it to esbilac it’s good milk too but try ti stay on one type of milk because changing them sometiems causes that
