Thanks for writing and watching. Well, I'm not sure, as I'm not there when this happens. It might be many things, a repressed emotion or stress memory coming out, a form of a resistance pattern, I do not know. Have you ever suggested she relax that area, or forgive any thought, feeling, memory or emotion that is causing that? Or ask that area to just relax?

Yes I have said to relax that area and it persists, when she awakens she tells me that she felt like she was in a dark room with a door but couldn’t get out. When she went to sleep that night she was not in hypnosis yet soon into her sleep she was experiencing the same twitching and spasms, this is all unaware by her by the way as she is sleep. This is just what I am noticing.

@@kvngreactions2841 It might mean she's afraid of something or again has some unresolved feelings or issues. Next time suggest perhaps she wind up in a delightfully happy place.

Thank you for the help! I will do this next time. I also have another question. I’ve hypnotized my younger brother a lot of times in the past and I put a suggestion in his head that whenever I snap my fingers twice he’ll fall into a deep hypnotic sleep. I said to always remember this command and suggestion every day in the future and it has worked no matter the day or time. This is also a suggestion I have tried to do with my spouse but it does not work the same. She only responds to the snaps while hypnotized, when things are normal there’s absolutely no response. Is there a certain way I could achieve this with her? Does it not work for everyone?
