The first beeps are beeps from like 2000-2010 cars when you opened the door, but since like 2018 manufacturers have changed these sounds to higher quality like in the second time he opened the door

Def sounds like a misfire could even be a vacuum leak of some kind. To see if it’s the valves take a broom stick or some piece of wood and hold it on the valve cover with your ear on it you’ll def hear where it’s Comin from then

Your speedometer is very optimistic, I'd say by at least 60%, either that your tachometer is very pessimistic, as might be evident by the fact that your idle speed is 350 rpm. Or the video could just be sped up. Something is not as it seems.
