The 9 USD differentiation might be on average. We may need to look at the right side of the bell curve to see if it matters or not.

People do evaluate. Judge. All the time. It undermines psychological safety & impedes growth.

Great video! I learned a lot about HR today. I liked how you talked about keeping employees happy and always learning. The real-life examples were very helpful. Surprisingly, this video doesn't have more views-it deserves a bigger audience. Looking forward to more videos like this. Well done, The HR Congress team!

Human resources and WH&S are evil people only concerned about compliance and exposing employees to experimental medical procedures based only on someones opinion with zero evidence. 2024 TRENDING IS FULLTIME DISENGAGEMENT FOREVER.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: Intentional recognition fosters a sense of belonging and community in the workplace. Personalized recognition, such as handwritten notes, has a profound impact on employees. Executives can demonstrate care and support by providing a dedicated phone number for urgent family matters. Recognition should be specific, value-focused, and tailored to individual contributions across different cultures and industries. Leaders should express care and acknowledge potential when addressing mistakes, focusing on learning and improvement. Organizations shape how people think, act, and feel, making people the key ingredient for success. Aligning company values with customer expectations ensures success by meeting customer needs through satisfied employees. Meaningful recognition empowers employees to notice and appreciate specific demonstrations of core values. Made with HARPA AI

Zero Strategies work after exposing your employees to experimental medical procedures. Never forgetting and never forgiving and the disengagement lasts forever.

Hi everybody! IMHO, theoretical professors, like dear Mr. Dave Ulrich, forget to mention really important practical things: in particular, that the responsibility for personnel is not HR, but management. therefore, HR, of course, can and should initiate a lot of useful and interesting things for stakeholders. But HR cannot and should not replace managers and shoulder their responsibility.
