I'm just kinda disappointed to the ending of this movie. I thought they will be together at the end but at least they achieve their especially Leilei he became DJ (DJ XYZ). Looking forward for season 2 maybe or a sequel.

@@Louni125 Hmm do research it. The director just didn’t portray this side of ML clearly (also to not get band from authority). Why ML father is so mad at ML? not about ML wants to be DJ. He bought the expensive DJ thing for his son. And who is Ming? Do you know the sex of that person? They won’t show it right? Search “What Does ‘Upcoming Summer’ Say about Youth and Love?” in The World of Chinese. Or anywhere else with this issue.

@@emweeonly that’s only speculations and allows for people to have different theories. It’s fine if you want to have a theory but to spin it like it’s the truth and the entire plot is mind boggling. If the dad is mad about the son being gay, wouldn’t you think he’d be THRILLED that he ran off with a GIRL? No. Instead, he exploded in more anger and gave his son a concussion and hearing loss.
