Hi Mandy.. still catching up!😁 Man at the beginning was a brass candle holder & blue & white transferware lovers dream! I would LOVE to walk into an estate sale like this! And it doesn't seem to be over crowded. Awe a green wisk broom!!💚 This place is a dream! Man that cabinet with all those old mirrors & brushes & old eye glasses was amazing! Is A same they were sao pricy!🫤 Wow even the bathroom was dreamy!😮 And more brass candle holders! the furniture piece at 6:36 was gorgeous!!❤ The room you were overwhelmed in..ummm that would be me too gf!! Those lamps were gorgeous! I like everything in that room! Mandy this place is better than an antique store! I would die to find a place like this!!! I see a fireplace mantle like i want!! The Victorian art!😮 I want all the art in the like back room! The steam chest at 16:33 was pretty. But ooohh that little chair at 16:36 i want sooo bad😭 The Highchair & all those chairs back there!! Lot the twirling table! Love that potting table & all those little watering cans. Oooh i love the architectural shelf piece, gorgeous!🤍 i buy the little ask shelves when i see then at a good price. The wood shelf with drawers & the one with glass doors are both so sweet! The mini took box looking piece I love!❤ I really like that mini wisk broom! Woww i love ALL the brushes!! The green Wisk is my fav! That's they most unique rolling pin ever!❤ Oh Mandy I love the like bellow!!😮 I have 2 of larger the ones.. ones an antique & the other is a older vintage one. It doesn't out the fire out, it helps get it started, gives it oxygen! When its red hot but no flames, you give it air! I think that one was more for decor, but i guess it could be functional. The regular size ones pull apart a good bit more to really give it a good puff of air to hello get hot coals, wood or whatever started. I really hope i can stumble across something like that! I loved the brass bed, and so many items in the room with the day bed with the red bedspread, like the floral art, brass candlesticks, art, old marbles, old mirror. I think you were too overwhelmed. Go through this footage, slowly...write things down by room. If prices were too high, go the last day, weekend, for 50% off day. Very cool stuff. Ask this estate company to be on their email listings, so you can get there first.

There were a lot of amazing items; you were in estate sale heaven. Not sure if they were overpriced or overlooked. I have never watched your channel before so not sure of your esthetic. Love your enthusiasm though. If you are getting into selling more primitives, suggest spending some time in reputable primitive dealer’s shops. Just cause it is rough & chippy doesn’t mean it is a primitive. You did get a lot of great things! Congrats! I will continue to watch 😊
