Then, when you go to get a new job, they may use a different provider; If the new provider doesn't have your current doctor(s) in-network, now you have yet another issue to deal with. At-will employment is also super frustrating - we have so few protections for employees in the U.S. compared to countries in the EU. :(

Filing taxes is so insane. There are other countries that literally just get a letter stating what they're expected to get or expected to owe -- No filing necessary, the govt already knows what you owe or don't, and you just have to agree or disagree in those places. But we have lobbyists, so here we are lol.

I understand children will be children, but the parents know that too, and they also know that other adults don't like to be disturbed in shared spaces. Without more details, I think the blame here can be shared with the venue *and* the parent(s). If they didn't, the venue should refund the tickets as a courtesy, but I understand if they don't.
