The reef is dead in front of the house that's why the water looks dark. Too shallow for a boat plus too windy

I would Uber people up to Hawaii Loa Ridge all the time. They were mostly the hired help in these luxury homes. Cooks, housekeepers, nurses and the like. My old boss lives up there. She's filthy rich.

Stunning videography, you really showed off the Estate's Italianate Villa "Vibes!" It also showed an issue I would rectify if given the opportunity, which is the lack of solar & wind as energy sources given the unfettered South Line of Sight. Well Done. (I would also need to add some ADA improvements such as an elevator for my extended Ohana.
