Bondrewd is such a good character because he is NOT evil. He does not do the things he does because he likes to cause suffering or do despicable and depraved things, he does them in absolute pursuit of knowledge. He is so scary because he is quite literally the embodiment of progress itself, and all its beauties and horrors as well.

@@zeek_backup "Made in Abyss" - basically theres a society built around a giant hole/abyss that goes super deep and a girl goes in looking for her mom. It gets super messed up as she explores deeper and its definitely not made for kids. It's pretty dark, has adventure, fantasy, mystery
