Where can I find a video with the Inception music. Once there was wone and it moved me so much it got me training real hard so I managed to do an IM myself. Now it just doesn't do it for me. Please help

IMWC 2009 CW..."rolled the finish"...On May 2, 2005, twenty-year Multi-Sport veteran Jon Blais a.k.a. "Blazeman" at age 33 was diagnosed with the fatal motor neuron disease ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). Blazeman dubbed himself the "ALS Warrior Poet" and brought his battle to the big island of Hawaii on October 15th that year, where he became the first person with ALS to complete the Ironman World Championships. It was his last race. In 2006, a number of athletes, inspired by Jon's 2005 efforts, rolled across the finish line in Hawaii in honor of Jon and his battle against ALS. In 2007, the Blazeman Foundation for ALS expanded Team Blazeman, comprised of "Blazeman Warriors" who have committed to raising awareness and funding a search for a cure for ALS..."So Others May Live."

Agreed...I think 5k is probably the distance it SHOULD be....like realistically the equivalent of a marathon run is the 10k swim...so it should be at least 5
@GeorgeWattsDrums11 жыл бұрын
5k swim would be perfect i reckon, not that 3.8 is easy by any means

Name one ironman that was one in the swim... it doesn't happen. Some might be lost in the swim, but never won. The difference between a good swim and a bad swim is 10 minutes TOPS. 5 minutes for the pros. Thats gone in an instant over the bike and the run. Can't win in the water. Impossible.

chaffing i imagine. They probably get tons of sand stuck in their underwear during the swim, so you can imagine how uncomfortable the rest of the race might be. Or probably his clothes were rubbing him too roughly

Macca and Crowie - are both true legends. If Macca can make the olympic team - that would put him over the top as the greatest triathlete ever in my books. Respect and honor to all of the top guys and gals that do this sport.. Ironman is one of the sports that is much harder than these guys make it look!! The ITU racers now are so freaking fast.. you are likely right though on the macca vs crowie!!
@Fruskfury12 жыл бұрын
Maybe after that in 2013 Andreas will finally win what should have been his race in 2010. But look out for Pete Jacobs, Clayton Fettel, Aaron Farlow. New Aussie breed.
@Fruskfury12 жыл бұрын
according to Macca, he beat Crowie two times already....no need for an "epic battle". I think Crowie will give it one more go for Kona 2012, after that he will retire. Sorry to say it will never happen again.

haha i've never seen that side of macca before (4:23). Nice to see the pro's having fun.

It's a lifestyle thing and much sexier than the smoking binge drinking culture that some youngsters hail as 'life'. This race is the icing these athletes the stars but you can all get out there and do it x
