I see the difference now. You added charms to one of the bracelets of the 2 that you were comparing. That would throw it off slightly. But your bracelets are really cute.

If the bead amount is the same on both bracelets, also the size of the beads with just beads and no charms on either... The way to measure would be by the board if you want to see the difference in the board circle size. You can literally make one bracelet from one board and measure it on the other.

@@kickasbutterfly you are too sweet; thank you. Those beads I got from Joanns. But I shop a bunch of places. Amazon, Michaels, Walmart; wherever I see something cute lol. For men, I would recommend any matte color or tiger eye. I need to get more tiger eye beads; I don’t have a lot left.

The wood board is totally much better then the plastic one but let me give you a secret if you can find a box top to put the beads board in then you can leave your sets up if you don’t finish them and it help keeps all your beads in one place if you it the board beautiful bracelet good luck on your sale. By the way go Clayton State in Hot Atlanta Georgia my daughter when there one summer for classes but now my grandson will be there enjoy your time there and stay safe.

Love your videos! 😁 Awesome bracelets. I also have started making bracelets over the last several months. A few things I’ve learned that make the process easier for me… I put a towel under my beading board so that if I drop a bead it’s less likely to bounce or roll to the floor because the surface isn’t smooth, I’ve also heard of people using felt for this purpose as well. When it comes to stringing, I also double it but to make it easier I cut the string to my desired length, fold it in half (for the double) and attach a binder clip to the loose ends as a bead stopper. Then for the loop end, I’ll cut about 3 inches of beading wire, fold it in half and attach it to the loop end as a beading needle. Much easier and less time consuming for me than trying to stick the string directly into the bead holes. I use 0.5 elastic and this method works perfectly for me since most beads above 3mm have 1mm holes. Just thought I’d share! 😊 Love the Olympic theme, your bracelets came out great! Would love more themed videos. Keep the content coming, we need more Black jewelry makers on KZbin! P.S. Your taste in music is impeccable! 💖

I find using the same number of beads of the same size (like 8mms) will make same size bracelets. If you add spacers or letterheads you might measure with a ruler the amount of beads to compensate for the difference of the spacers. 😘

I put a clip on the ends to keep the beads from sliding off, and I use a small beading needle to push through the beads. Makes it so much easier. I dont use glue either. Hey sis I was just watching your video and just thought to offer a little suggestion and that is to buy some lil tubes of super glue to seal the knots, that way you won't have to tie so many knots. I do about two knots and hit with glue. I haven't had any complaints so far and been doing jewelry making for a couple yrs just haven't be filming it but I came across your video and it inspired me to get on camera. I also do the gold filled beaded jewelry and if you want to get into that just let me know and I can tell you where to get them, they can be added fashion with your beads or even some charms. Amazon is really cheap with that. Hope this helps.
