I got the FLOLiving app, and felt a difference after just one month, but I fell off. I will get back on, I don’t feel my best and I need to change that.

The last 3 years in a row, I have switched from red to white to red again, each lions gate (late July early Aug). How come some months the full cycle is not 28 days? I noticed this last month there was 30 days between full moons.

Sure enough, if everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.

Thank you so much for this video and for your app! I truly believe you’re right when you say that it isn’t normal to be experiencing PMS symptoms. It’s actually a warning sign that things aren’t right. I have downloaded your app and I already like it. I have cut out coffee and am trying to eat more veggies. We always think we’re “eating right” or that we are “healthy” but our menstrual blood says otherwise. Thank you so much for this talk and how you relate it to nature. It’s so helpful!

Oh my goodness. I had the same experience. I found a lump and went to my doctor and was terrified as well. My doctor asked me about my caffeine intake and I didn’t think I was drinking a lot, but now I KNOW that was the cause. Stress + Caffeine. Thank God for this video. I am meant to be here. This is day 2 of no coffee. I was getting strong chest pain and terrible heartburn from the coffee. Also this anxious feeling, I could barely sit still. I am looking forward to the results

Yep, no matter if you’ve been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

So you don't consume chocolate/ cacao either? Because that contains caffeine as well.

I just came across your channel even though it’s four years later, but I am glad I did. I am in perimenopausel 53 I just had a few months ago a hysterectomy ovaries still intact though everything else gone with full major, pelvic floor reconstruction. it’s been five months now and having a very difficult time in the bedroom with my husband, things are a lot tighter and getting irritated and drying out fast I didn’t realize the aggressiveness could be what is keeping me from lubricating I’m reaching orgasm, it is very frustrating to say the least. It is taking a toll on our sex life.

Why don't we start talking about what i will term CHPD (Chronic Hyper Productivity Disease) which most of us suffer from through being acculturated to capital colonialism from birth, and all the downstream effects, including all the addictions and destructive practices that are normalized and socially encouraged and are literally just supporting the very systems that seeks to extract as much work and profit from as as possible.
@jayalexandertilley10 ай бұрын
I feel so strongly that so many of these conclusions drawn by earlier science (patriarchal, western, productivity science) and then universally applied, fall within a context or worldview that is rife with supremacy: male supremacy, white supremacy, brain-intellect supremacy, and so of course there is likely to be an exclusionary focus on the findings that benefit that very extractive and exploitive system--the benefits to the brain, to thinking and productivity--while overlooking or ignoring completely the simultaneous, if not more significant, detrimental, harmful effects to the heart, the body, the systems that nurture life (mostly those that have been deemed feminine energetics and systems). It reeks of the very same framework (Imperialist, White-supremacist, Capitalist Patriarchy, Bell Hooks) that has gotten us and our world to the brink of destruction and utter toxicity. I would be highly suspect and scrutinizing toward anything offered as a bio-hack that comes from that same hetero-science, because even that term and the implications that come with it are firmly rooted in a toxic, abusive and violent system of oppression that show extreme arrogance and hostility toward mother earth's knowing. The info in this video is wonderful, thoughtful, caring, oriented towards our matrilineal beings that have been so mistreated. Thank you for your integrity, your liberatory practices.

I’m almost done the video … I wanted to say that caffeine affects people negatively regardless of any gene (cyp or mthfr). I’ve been tested twice and I can not consume caffeine at all. Plus I’m not the only one. There are a bunch of people especially women who’s health health area deplorable. This is an epidemic that just can’t blown up yet. Thankful for any attention about this though… good video

One of the most important videos ever made. Thank you! Experiencing toxicity and everything else you named. Omg. Getting a gene test done, but I already know caffeine and I ..have to break up for good. Also appreciate the honesty here, sick of all the videos trying to paint caffeine as "healthy". 😢

I just found you today with this video I have recently started fasting like a girl I came across Mindy Pelz a few months ago if you don’t know about her, definitely go check her out she wrote a book called fast like a girl and it’s all about sinking with your body with your cycle and it’s hormones according to what your body needs because of those hormones, or a lack of so I went on the App Store looking for something to track my hormones more or less to know when I’m high or low so therefore I’ll know what foods to give myself during my eating windows and I came across your app then I thought I would see if you have any videos and came across this one stated to the comments all the above so I decided to do so

So glad a co-worker recommended your book! I ordered it this morning and have been watching your videos here and on Instagram. I have had breast cysts since I turned 40, and will be getting one surgically removed in the next few weeks. I have had hormonal migraines for 25 years now and didn't use to drink coffee because more than two cups of caffeine make me very jittery. Not really sure why I even started... But this video explains so much!!! Thank you!! No more caffeine for me!!!
