This is crap. Am I the only medical "non-professional" who can recognize this atrocity. You can't present a scene where a monstrous mechanism is attached to a child's spine. Someone had to think twice about that one. And why did the producers make it a child, for effect? The film is sinister, prurient, suggesting what government is allowed to do with condemned prisoners.
